The would be biological father and mother of Hailey begin seeing each other.
Hailey is conceived and her parents begin renting a two bedroom apartment. After a month, the mother turns in her apartment keys and moves out. The relationship was determined to be rocky, but by August 2009, they two planned to marry and subsequently put a down payment on the wedding rings.
The mother withdraws the money for the wedding rings and closed the account. Soon after, the relationship ends and the mother stops the father from receiving any medical updates.
October 26, 2009:
Two months before baby Hailey is born, father files a Petition to Establish Parental Relationship and DNA Test, Case No. 09FL07459 in Sacramento County Superior Court.
October 28, 2009:
In response, mother files a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) noting abuse from May 2009 to the present, claiming verbal harassment and an intent by father to ―take her ―unborn child. successfully keeping father “out of the picture” while she arranges an adoption without the father’s knowledge or consent.
December 10, 2009:
At the TRO trial, her application fails. Her testimony is found to be not credible. However, the “adoption damage” was already done and the agency in question was already in the picture. The biological mother had arranged a pending adoption.
